Fair Use Policy

Summary
AIDeal offers generous usage allowances on all plans, including unlimited plans. This Fair Use Policy ensures the platform remains fast, reliable, and accessible for everyone. Automated abuse, excessive programmatic access, or behaviour that degrades service quality for other users may result in temporary throttling or access restrictions.
1. Purpose
This Fair Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to all users of AIDeal (“the Service”) and supplements our Terms of Service. Its purpose is to prevent abuse and ensure equitable access to our AI-powered property analysis platform for all users.
2. What Constitutes Fair Use
Fair use means using AIDeal for its intended purpose: analysing properties you are genuinely interested in buying, renting, or investing in. This includes:
- Running property analyses for personal research and decision-making
- Comparing properties to find the best fit for your needs
- Using the AI chat to ask follow-up questions about your reports
- Sharing your reports with your family, advisors, or real estate agents
3. What Is Not Considered Fair Use
The following activities are considered misuse and may result in account restrictions:
- Automated or bot-driven access — Using scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to submit bulk analyses or scrape data from the platform
- Reselling or redistributing — Systematically reselling AIDeal reports or data to third parties without authorisation
- Excessive programmatic queries — Submitting a volume of requests that significantly exceeds what a reasonable individual user would perform
- Account sharing — Sharing a single account among multiple people or organisations to circumvent plan limits
- Service degradation — Any usage pattern that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure and degrades performance for other users
4. Unlimited Plans
Our Unlimited plan provides generous analysis capacity for individual users. “Unlimited” refers to the removal of per-query credit deductions, not an absence of any boundaries. To maintain service quality for all users:
- AI chat conversations per report are subject to a reasonable message limit
- Excessive usage patterns that indicate automated or non-human activity may be throttled
- We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits during periods of high demand
The vast majority of users will never encounter these limits under normal use. If you believe your legitimate use case requires higher limits, please contact us at support@aidealhome.com and we will be happy to help.
5. Enforcement
If we detect usage patterns that violate this Policy, we may, at our discretion:
- Temporarily throttle request processing speed
- Temporarily reduce AI model quality for excessive usage
- Contact you to discuss your usage and find an appropriate solution
- Suspend or terminate access in cases of persistent, deliberate abuse
We will always aim to contact you before taking permanent action, except in cases of clear automated abuse or Terms of Service violations.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
